TARDIS Interlude, With Cloth

The 2nd Doctor, Jamie, and Victoria were playing dress-up. It had started when Victoria asked Jamie about kilts The Doctor then described costumes seen in a museum somewhere for government officials called Gold Usher, and others.

Victoria laughed, thinking of ushers at a play. "I once read it takes 35 feet of cloth to drape a sari." The Doctor found instructions, and they tried it out.

"A man'd need sturdier cloth." Jamie decided.

Everyone was happy: the Doctor, watching his children at play; Victoria, keeping Jamie from practicing the bagpipes; and Jamie, who'd finally gotten a glimpse of Victoria's secrets.






Casting Call for Dreamtime 2

All the Doctors and companions were at Dreamtime Two's casting call at This Time Round. The rules were handed out.

"No anatomical terms."

Chris and Pauldoc dropped copies of Lungbarrow and Alien Bodies in the trash. "Does spelling count?" asked Sam, holding 35 copy of Seeing I.

"How can I write stories?" asked Sarah Jane. "The EGS and the Clavicle Squad must go, and Leela will have to fillet people instead of gutting them."

"Get yourrr shoes off the table" growled Sylvdoc to Ace and Benny. They obliged, but put their feet back up. No one could say a word.
